Here are a few favorite shots from a sunrise photoshoot last Saturday. Woke up at 3am and joined Qi Wen, Aelred, Kim Chern and Melvin to Buntal. It rained when we were nearing Buntal so there were a lot of clouds and less sunlight.

This is my first (and I do hope many to come) photoshop tutorial. Today, I would like to show a coloring tutorial to create and transform a normal/ dull looking photo into one with much attractive colors. (depending on your taste actually)
Different people have different ways of coloring their photos. Below are 10 easy steps I recorded on how I edited a random photo from www.sxc.hu :

I apologize if the final product looks very similar to the original but when you are used to it, steps can be omitted or changed depending on the colors of the photo you are using to suit your style and likings as the steps in coloring photos are pretty much the same.

This is a continuation of PART 1.
For the 2009 competition, the grand prize for us upper secondary students was a 3 days 2 nights trip to Sibu Island, Johor besides the Taylor’s scholarship. Even though it wasn’t like the other years where winners could travel to other countries, we had a blast because it was a getaway from the busy life we lived in. It was a private island where you’re surrounded by clear blue waters and white sandy beaches, a place where one can feel serene and at peace. (typical island lol, but still an awesome one especially the food)
So this is going to be a very image heavy post because there is much to share (already had a hard time choosing the photos — took 4 days to write a single post)
