For I had never been on a roof

Sunday the 25th, a bunch of us headed over to MBKS (Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan) to take some photos before hanging out in various locations in Kuching till the night.

Michelle Chen, one of our models for the day. Shot taken by Yan Hui as I hadn’t gotten in the zone of taking photos.

Always alive and bubbly. This was a shot taken when she was dancing to music. In case you’re wondering, Michelle is holding a tripod.

Another one of our models, Joane Lau. I wanted to sort of get “cute” looking shots from her on that day so I told her to dress and look that way. It’s funny now how I recall myself telling her constantly: “Not cute enough!”

I feel the need to have at least one photography session per week so I can improve my skills as I go, no matter how busy I am. For the first time ever, I think I only found one satisfying shot out of the many (first one). Maybe my heart just wasn’t where it’s supposed to be.

I’m looking for female models, seriously.

PS: Batch resize & watermark tutorial
